We want you to be completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with alloutlabel.com. If you change your mind about the products you have purchase from us, depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product, there may be several options available to you.

*Please note, that all items must have their original tags attached and must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange.

Domestic Customers
If you would like to return an item for another item or size, we do offer exchanges where we will exchange your item to any item of equal value.
  • Items received are incorrect or defective.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn and unused.
  • Items must have their original tags attached.

*Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
 
International Customers
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return shipping labels for customers outside Singapore. If you have an issue with ur purchase, please contact our Customer Service department.

If you believe you have received a defective product, please be sure to upload a clear photo of the defect and email to info@alloutlabel.com.
